Within the next three years, Barberton City School District will continue to improve student achievement by at least 5-10% per year as measured on the state mandated testing instruments, through use of best practices, data analysis, and monitoring and responding to test results. The Barberton City School District will reinforce its mission and strengthen its relationship with the community by improving the communication between all staff, students, parents, and community members by using the strategies stated in the individual school work plans and by post year questionnaires. The Barberton City School District will continue to operate in a fiscally responsible, responsive manner. The Barberton City School District will continue to improve technology by updating obsolete technology, increasing professional development, and increasing the use of technology in the work environment and in classroom instruction.
