THE BHS WRESTLING TEAM PLACED 2ND IN THE SUBURBAN LEAGUE TOURNAMENT
-Placing for the Magics were: 103lb Cobey Fehr-2nd;112lb Tyler Damsa-3rd;119lb Austin Rice-3rd;130lb Zach Cropper-4th;145lb Collin Tschantz-4th;160lb Taylor Thornton-4th;171lb Nick Kaiser-2nd; 215lb Cody Bochard-3rd; and HWT Lance Coher-2nd.
-The Suburban League champions were: seniors Tyler Dalton, wrestling at 125lbs with 143 career wins (4th in BHS history); and Joe Parra, wrestling at 135lbs with 153 career wins (2nd in BHS history).
Congratulations to our Freshman Boys Basketball team on winning the Suburban League Tournament Championship on Saturday defeating the Revere Minuteman 53 to 46. The win concluded a perfect season with a record of 19 - 0!
This year's team members are Sean Conner, JD Cuckler, Brandon Haverlick, Damir House, Eric Hummel, Sam Jerome, Alex Jursik, Juwan Mitchell, Alex Norman, DJ Phillips, Darnell Roberson, Tad Shoemaker, Clay Walker, Alex Weber, Coach Dan Donnelly, Coach Jim Ferguson and Coach Sunni Wallace.
The UL Light 7th grade boys basketball team took 2nd place in the Suburban League Basketball Tournament. Following victories over Revere and Tallmadge, the boys lost a hard-fought game to Green in the Championship Game. Congratulations to all of the players on a successful season!
